To fully implement the major arrangements made at the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on upholding and developing the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era and on promoting the standardized development of comprehensive governance centers, the Supreme People’s Court has selected 30 typical cases in this field. The aim of the 10th batch of such cases is to further enhance law-based prevention and resolution of disputes and solidify the statutory functions of courts in mediation.

The 30 typical cases were published in two groups. The first group showcases experiences and effective practices of primary courts in strengthening organizational leadership, improving work mechanisms, and coordinating the standardized integration of local courts into comprehensive governance centers based on local conditions.

The second group highlights how courts nationwide, by leveraging their professional expertise, actively engage in pre-litigation dispute resolution, and explore effective approaches to preventing and mediating conflicts and disputes, providing sound legal safeguards for grassroots governance.
