Liu Guixiang meets with director of Tajikistan’s Executive Office
On July 16, Liu Guixiang, a standing member of the Supreme People's Court (SPC)'s adjudication committee (vice-minister level), met with a delegation led by Abdullozoda Ahtam Rustam, director of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Liu extended a warm welcome to Ahtam and briefed the delegation on China’s court system and latest developments in enforcement work. He noted that, through years of dedicated reform, China's model of judicial enforcement has undergone fundamental transformation, with significant improvements in both the quality and efficiency of enforcement and in the broader external environment.
Liu said that the SPC is willing to work with the Tajik side to fully implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and to steadily advance the implementation of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in enforcement matters signed by both sides. He expressed hope for continued progress and fruitful outcomes in bilateral judicial cooperation.
Ahtam expressed his appreciation for the meeting and reaffirmed Tajikistan’s willingness to strengthen exchanges and deepen practical cooperation in the field of justice.
Heads of relevant departments of the SPC also attended the meeting.
