During the meeting, participants provided analyses of existing problems in judicial adjudications while acknowledging progress in the area.

Data revealed that, in the past year, work on judicial adjudications improved steadily, especially in indicators directly reflecting the public's sense of fairness and justice. Significant improvements were noted in various aspects of judgment enforcement work, ensuring better protection of the legitimate rights and interests of those who win lawsuits. The role of the case database in enhancing judges' adjudication capabilities, unifying judgment criteria and improving adjudication quality and efficiency has become evident.

"Such achievements are hard-won and should be continuously solidified,” Zhang said.

He emphasized that, by summarizing achievements, analyzing problems and devising measures through data analysis, judicial adjudication work can be consistently improved.

In the past year, courts at all levels have continuously strengthened judicial management in accordance with the law, achieving commendable progress in various aspects of their work, Zhang said, adding that, throughout this process, the work of courts at all levels has become more standardized, high-quality and efficient.

He noted that the awareness of superior courts in guiding courts at lower levels has significantly increased, with tangible results achieved, while every judge has experienced a continuous enhancement of capabilities.

It is crucial to earnestly summarize experiences, identify shortcomings and continuously promote the high-quality development of judicial adjudication work, Zhang said.

He urged adherence to a problem-oriented approach, rigorously implementing the outcomes of the meeting and continuously strengthening judicial management in line with the legal principles.

It is important to integrate practical judicial adjudication work and the guiding principles of the data analysis meeting to optimize the quality management indicator system to make it more scientific and effective in improving quality and efficiency in dispute resolution, Zhang said.
