Mao Zhonghua, male, Han ethnicity, was born in October 1965 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a postgraduate diploma and has a PhD of Law degree. He is vice-president and member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), a member of the SPC's adjudication committee, the presiding justice and secretary of the leading Party members sub-group of the First Circuit Court of the SPC, a justice of the second rank, and a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress.
