Deng Xiuming

Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the Supreme People's Court, Executive Vice-President of the SPC (ministerial level), and Justice of the First Rank

Deng Xiuming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1964. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), holds a postgraduate diploma and has a PhD of Law degree. He is the deputy secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), executive vice-president of the SPC, a member of the court's adjudication committee, and a justice of the first rank. He is also a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
