Chan extended his appreciation for the meeting and pledged to lead the LSHK to study the Constitution, the Basic Law and the National Security Law, further promote professional exchanges with the mainland, and make due contributions to the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong, the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the socioeconomic development of Hong Kong and the mainland.
