Shen Liang was born in November 1962 and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He holds an undergraduate diploma and has an LLM (Master of Laws) degree. He is the vice-president and member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), a member of the SPC's adjudication committee, the presiding justice and secretary of the leading Party members sub-group of the Fifth Circuit Court of the SPC, and a justice of the second rank.
