The Chongqing One-stop Diversified Dispute Resolution Center for International Commercial Affairs was unveiled on Aug 5. Its official website for both computer and mobile terminals was launched on the same day.

The establishment of the center, led by the Chongqing High People's Court, was an optimization and upgrade of Chongqing's one-stop diversified dispute resolution mechanism for foreign business, which is expected to boost the efficacy of foreign business-related dispute resolution in Chongqing and make Chongqing a preferred location for international business dispute resolution.

The center will give full play to the advantages of diversified resolution, guide litigants to choose the appropriate channels to solve their disputes, facilitate transition between procedures, and provide one-stop legal services for domestic and foreign litigants that are convenient, efficient, and flexible.

The center covers foreign-related commercial disputes and domestic commercial disputes involving investment, trade and finance within Chongqing's jurisdiction.
