Hosted by the Supreme People's Court (SPC) of China, the third Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) judges seminar kicked off at the National Judges College (NJC) on July 25. Yang Wanming, vice-president of the SPC, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Yang said the SPC has successfully held two SCO judges seminars, which have yielded fruitful results and enhanced judicial mutual trust and cooperation among SCO member states. This seminar is bound to contribute more to strengthening judicial cooperation and regional stability and development, he added.

The seminar was held via video link and participated by 27 judicial officials from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
