Zhou Qiang, chief justice and president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), met a delegation led by Chen Haifan, Secretary of the Secretariat for Administration and Justice of the Macao Special Administration Region (SAR) Government, on Feb 27.

Also present at the meeting was Yang Wanming, vice-president of the SPC.
