The SPC's study session was chaired by SPC President Zhou Qiang, who stressed that courts must strengthen judicial guarantees for anti-crime campaigns and secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.
In addition, the anti-graft campaign is still a focus in 2019 and duty-related crimes must be punished seriously. Courts must also carry on the system of disciplinary inspection and improve connectivity between trials and disciplinary inspection to ensure judicial fairness and justice.
