Courts required to support opening-up, revitalization of northeastern China

An exchange activity for special supervisors to the Supreme People's Court (SPC) was held on Dec 20 in Shenyang, Liaoning province, during which judicial support for reform and opening-up in the new era and revitalization of northeastern China was stressed.

At the meeting, He Xiaorong, chair of the Second Circuit Court, pointed out that special supervisors' inspections and suggestions have promoted the development of the courts and encouraged them to carry on contributing to the judicial work in the new era.

Courts are required to serve the overall situation, administer justice for the people and maintain judicial fairness to support the reform and opening-up and the revitalization of northeastern China.

He also emphasized the importance of creating a sound and stable business climate and improving the people's sense of security of their property to let the people feel fairness and justice in each judicial case.

The special supervisors visited the hall for filing cases and the litigation service center and made suggestions for the courts' future work.
