China, Mongolia sign judicial MOU
A memorandum of understanding intending to increase judicial cooperation in case studies and judge training was signed between China's Supreme People's Court (SPC) and the Judicial General Council of Mongolia on Nov 26.
Hu Yunteng, full-time member of the SPC's judicial committee (vice-ministerial level) and Grand Justice of the second rank, welcomed the Mongolian delegation led by Lundendorj. N, chairman of the Judicial General Council of Mongolia.
Hu said the two countries have kept a close relationship in judicial exchanges and cooperation in judge training in recent years.
He outlined that during China's 40-years reform and opening-up courts at various levels have been promoting judicial reforms, improving judicial openness and informationization construction, and promoting the modernization of judicial system and capacity
Lundendorj. N expressed his willingness to learn from China's experience in judicial reform and said he looked forward to further exchanges between the two countries.
