New modes prove useful in improving judicial efficiency
Optimizing litigation services and adopting a split-flow model of cases play a role in improving judicial efficiency, according to an inspection visit in Guangdong province.
Jiang Wei, vice-president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), inspected litigation service and the use of the split-flow model, which diverts complicated and simple cases into different channels, at courts in Guangdong province from Nov 15 to 16.
