Strengthened judicial protection to guarantee private enterprise development was stressed at a meeting focused on growth of the private economy on Nov 16.

The meeting was held by the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and was chaired by Jiang Bixin, vice president of the SPC.

Jiang pointed that the SPC had made systematic commitments to strengthen protection of and improve judicial services for private enterprises.

He stressed that being the state trial organs, courts at various levels in China should try to optimize judicial regulations, correct miscarriages of justice, improve judicial mechanisms and create a law-governed business climate.

Some deputies to the National People's Congress from private enterprises attended the meeting and shared their suggestions.
