Information construction has become key to resolving the problem of difficult enforcement, a group inspecting Tieling courts concluded on Oct 24.

The fifth delegates group of the 13th National People's Congress in Liaoning province visited the Yinzhou District People's Court and the Tieling Intermediate People's Court to inspect the construction of command centers and the courts' operations.

During the tour, the 11 delegates learned about the functions of the advanced technological systems such as executive command and video terminals.

They also watched an enforcement action of a financial loan case based on the innovative command system.
