At the Central Political and Legal Work Conference in Beijing, Guo, head of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, demanded an improved workforce and deepened intelligence-building at courts to reach the goal.
He said that political and legal workers should do their jobs in a visionary and proactive manner to give the people a greater sense of gain, happiness and security.
A people-centered mentality should also be adhered to, according to Guo.
Guo called for deepening judicial system reform, pushing the building of a safe and law-based China, and strictly exercising law-enforcement and judicial power.
