The new media services of the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) of China ranks top-10 for comprehensive influence in the category of politics and law, according to a list released by the opinion monitoring website with people.com.cn, the new media platform of People’s Daily.

At the end of June 15, the number of subscribers of the SPC account on People.cn had reached 17 million, according to the report.
The SPC account has published around 3,200 stories, building an authoritative and efficient channel of communication, promoting the judicial reform, guaranteeing the judicial justice and popularizing legal knowledge among the masses, the report said.
Currently, the SPC’s Weibo account boasts over 32 million followers and its WeChat platform has accumulated more than 344,000 followers.
In total, the SPC new media service has attracted 51.4 million followers on nine mainstream social platforms in China, the People's Court Daily said.
The SPC has made great efforts to build up its media platforms in recent years, which recently received wide applause for their innovative reporting on China’s Two Sessions and on legal reforms.
