BEIJING -- The fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) held its second plenary meeting on Monday.
Xi Jinping and other Party and state leaders attended the meeting.
Zhao Leji, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, delivered a work report of the Standing Committee at the meeting.
Zhang Jun, president of the Supreme People's Court, delivered a work report of the top court at the meeting.
