People’s Court Press launches journal on digital rule of law

The inaugural issue of Digital Rule of Law, supervised by the Supreme People's Court and hosted by the People's Court Press, was published recently. It is a national academic journal in the field of digital rule of law open to both domestic and overseas readers, and whose publication is a key measure to advance the development of digital China and the rule of law, and strive for a higher level of digital justice.
With columns covering roundtable discussions, academic monographs, legal practices, and youth perspectives, the journal aims to effectively address new issues and challenges brought by the development of the digital era, help in the development of laws and regulations and in shaping the legal order of a digital society, facilitate theoretical research on the development of digital China and China's rule of law, better serve China's socioeconomic development and enhance China's power of discourse and influence in global digital governance.
