| Che Jun, secretary of Zhejiang provincial Party committee, shared experiences of "internet plus judicial cases" in Zhejiang and outlined steps the province has taken to integrate the internet into each judicial case at the opening ceremony of the World Forum on Rule of Law in Internet held on Dec 5 in Wuzhen. He said that the province’s experience was proof that the rule of law supports and guarantees the development of the internet. Meanwhile, the "internet plus the rule of law" also plays a major role in high-quality governance modernization in the region. Che added that the province considers the forum a chance to learn from the experience of other countries and is determined to create more Zhejiang models for building a community with a shared future in cyberspace.
