| Luis Guillermo Rivas Loáiciga, justice and president of the Civilian Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Costa Rica, shares his views as a judge on problems and challenges on internet court development and innovation at the World Forum on Rule of Law in the Internet on Dec 5 in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province. He mentioned the importance of setting up rules and integrating the internet into trials and enforcement.
