This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China.

For the past 70 years, the Supreme People's Court has closely centered on the goal of "letting the people feel fairness and justice in each judicial case", adhered to serving the overall situation, administrating justice for the people and maintaining judicial fairness, performed the duties conferred by the Constitution and laws faithfully, and made progress in all the work.

It made a positive contribution to promoting safety and rule of law in the country, by fully performing its functions.
