SPC issues typical cases to guide maritime trial
The People’s Supreme Court (SPC) recently issued ten typical maritime cases tried in 2018, hoping that they can serve as a guidance for the trial of such cases.
These ten cases are involved with three issues in maritime trials, including the unification of judging criteria, the regulation of the order of shipping activities and the trial of new-type maritime cases.
According the SPC, the cases, which involve abundant types and are typical in terms of the application of law, have had noticeable demonstrative effect.
