“The working report summarizes the major accomplishments and profound changes over the past five years in a down-to-earth manner,” said Yang Zongren, an NPC deputy and president of the Higher People's Court of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region on March 10.

It also reflects the unremitting pursuit of “letting the people feel fairness and justice in every single judicial case,” he noted.

Over the past five years, judicial system reform has achieved fruitful results in terms of court informatization, intelligence and team development.

Yang vowed that courts in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region will pay more attention to grassroots construction and energetically carry forward the spirit of serving the people.

He said all court staff will keep moving forward to maintain economic development, national unity, social stability, and peace in the border area.
