Courts will fully leverage the advantages of China's socialist judicial system to continuously enhance the sense of fairness and justice among the public, he added.
Zhang urged courts at all levels to actively integrate into the standardized construction of comprehensive social security governance centers, and collaborate with relevant parties to prevent and resolve conflicts at the sources.
Zhang also called for increased efforts in enforcement work to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of successful litigants.
He highlighted the importance of earnestly implementing the opinions and suggestions put forward by NPC deputies during their deliberations of the SPC’s work report.
