On Jan 23, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) released the third batch of typical cases highlighting innovative practices in court construction for the new era. The case release aims to advance the prevention and resolution of loan contract disputes by drawing on the “Fengqiao Experience,” a Chinese practice of grassroots dispute resolution featuring mediation. 

The first and second batches of such cases were previously released on Jan 14 and Jan 20, underscoring the SPC's commitment to leveraging judicial innovation to maintain financial stability.
