"I am here to listen to your suggestions both on behalf of the SPC and as an NPC deputy," said Zhang, pledging to do a better job in accepting procuratorial and legal supervision and striving to bring justice and fairness to the people through the proper handling of each case.
Noting that the deputies' opinions and suggestions are an impetus in improving courts' work, Zhang said that the SPC will not only revise the work report based on the suggestions, but more importantly put those suggestions into courts work, including adjudication management, team building and capacity enhancement. Suggestions concerning state and social governance will be absorbed in formulating judicial interpretations and policies to guide adjudication work, and suggestions involving systematic actions, such as the protection of private economy and of minors, will be implemented through coordinated efforts with related departments, he said.
