Hosted by the Supreme People's Court (SPC) of China, the Maritime Silk Road (Quanzhou) International Forum on Judicial Cooperation (2023) was held in Quanzhou, East China's Fujian province, on Oct 26, 2023.

Justices from the SPC held in-depth exchanges with their counterparts from countries including Honduras, Indonesia, the Kyrgyz Republic, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Samoa, Thailand and Venezuela, on such topics as the supreme court's role in safeguarding justice and improving efficiency, the innovative development of international commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, digital economy and e-commerce along the Silk Road, online dispute resolution, and issues concerning evidence collection of cross-border crimes.
