Efforts were made to combine Party education campaign with propelling trial and execution work, with a problem-oriented approach and focusing on inspection and rectification. Field research and studies were extensively carried out to seek opinions from various departments and grassroots organizations. A scientific and effective performance appraisal system was explored for the modernization of judgment concepts, and more efforts were made to foster a team with loyalty and integrity, as well as to amend the Civil Procedure Law and the Administrative Procedure Law, and to formulate a law on civil compulsory enforcement in cooperation with the committee.
