The closing ceremony of the 2023 training course for Nepalese judges was held on April 24. Yang Wanming, vice-president of the Supreme People's Court of China, attended and addressed the event.

Yang extended his congratulations on the success of the training course. Noting that China and Nepal are good neighbors, partners and friends with a friendship that has lasted centuries, Yang expressed his hope to further strengthen communication with his judicial peers in Nepal and to jointly provide strong judicial services for the Belt and Road development. He also raised his hope to build this training course into an innovative, inclusive and sustainable platform for judicial exchanges and cooperation.

This is the fourth training course exclusively held for Nepalese judges by the National Judges College of China. During the course, the judges learned about China's judicial system and smart court development through lectures, field visits and symposiums.
