Judicial measures were taken to recover the losses and resolve social conflicts. Green channels were also opened for the trials of such cases, thanks to the smart court development, which achieved fast registration, hearing and execution of such cases.

The SPC also issued judicial interpretations and guidelines with related departments to further clarify the judgment standards for such cases, in a bid to meet the needs for protecting agricultural supplies security in the new era.

A three-year campaign has been launched by the SPC and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to crack down on such crimes, control pesticide residue and improve the people's sense of security.
