The Information Technology Service Center of People's Court is a public institution under the leadership of the Supreme People's Court  (SPC). It is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the plans, standards and regulations of the information development of the people's courts, as well as the administration and guidance of  the information development the people's courts. The institution is also responsible for the building and management of the information system of the SPC, development of the Tianping Project, and technical services for and the maintenance of all network systems of the SPC.
