Courts nationwide open to public review
The Supreme People's Court (SPC) recently launched a review platform for litigation services, a move to further improve people’s satisfaction and to modernize the one-stop litigation system and capacity.
Courts across the country are open to public review through various channels, such as the hotline 12368, terminals at offline litigation service halls, or a QR code-based review system. People can comment on the facilities, work style, system functioning and efficiency of litigation services.
The review platform allows star rating, tags and blanks for users to give feedback on the courts’ services. Suggestions and complaints will be handled and replied in a timely manner. If the submitter is not satisfied with the reply, the hotline 12368 will follow up to make sure “every voice is heard and each case is solved”.
Tailored specification for the platform has been made to ensure that suggestions from the public are handled within one month. Those cases failing to be addressed in one month will be publicized and addressed under supervision.
Analysis of reviews will be displayed in reports, showing realtime feedbacks and helping courts streamline procedures, improve work style and offer more convenient and efficient services to the public.
Courts nationwide will continue to act on people-centered philosophy in a problem-oriented approach, so as to meet the public’s diversified demands.
