Indonesia's success in improving enforcement efficiency
Muhammad Hatta Ali, chief justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, delivers a speech on Indonesia's enforcement bodies and the functions of the departments at a seminar themed on "Structure of Enforcement Bodies" at the World Enforcement Conference on Jan 22. He shared Indonesia's experience in improving transparency and efficiency of enforcement and in adopting information technology, such as a procedure recording system and an online judgment template, in judicial enforcement.
