Meng Xiang, head of the executive office of the Supreme People's Court, met with Brigadier General Ts. Amgalanbayar, head of the General Executive Agency of Court Decision of Mongolia, on Jan 21 and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on enforcement cooperation between the two executive departments.
