Enforcement actions live-streamed in Changsha
A live streaming event themed on "Secure a decisive victory in resolving the problem of difficult enforcement" was held on Jan 11 in Changsha, Hunan province.
Three trials on loan agreements, private lending and labor dispute were live streamed for more than three hours, gaining more than 1,500 hits.
In addition, a total of 600 police officers at the Changsha Intermediate People's Court and the Yueyang Intermediate People's Court set off to enforce the judgments.
Zou Bin, a deputy to the National People's Congress who witnessed the enforcement of the labor dispute, said the event was a move by Changsha's courts' to strengthen enforcement in accordance with the principle of justice for the people.
The live streaming was sponsored by the information bureau and the executive office of the Supreme People's Court, the Hunan Provincial High People's Court, the Changsha Intermediate People's Court, the Furong District People's Court and Changsha Broadcast and Television Group.
