Judicial colleges in China and Singapore look forward to strengthening judicial exchanges and cooperation, according to a meeting between Hu Yunteng, Grand Justice of the second rank at the Supreme People's Court (SPC), and a Singapore delegation on Dec 14.

Hu welcomed the Singapore Judicial College's delegation, led by the college's dean Foo Chee Hock, and outlined the construction of informatization of China courts and establishments of smart courts.

He affirmed the importance of the cooperation between the Singapore Judicial College and the National Judges College.

Foo Chee Hock said achievement in informatization of courts in China had impressed the Singapore delegation and showed his willingness for further cooperation between the two colleges.
