Yang Wanming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in January 1961 and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He holds a postgraduate diploma and has an LLM (Master of Laws) degree. He is Vice-president and member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), a member of the SPC's judicial committee, the Presiding justice and secretary of the leading Party members' sub-group of the First Circuit Court of the SPC, a Grand Justice of the second rank, and a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress.
