The Supreme People’s Court’s 5th Circuit Court was established on Dec 29, 2016, at 406-9 Panxi Rd, Jiangbei district, Chongqing municipality.

The 5th Circuit Court mainly handles major administrative, civil and commercial cases to be heard by the Supreme People’s Court in Chongqing, the Tibet autonomous region and in the provinces of Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan.

It serves as an important platform for enforcing the rule of law and judicial reform in China, and helps people see the fairness and justice in its handling of each case as it safeguards the rights and interests of the people.
