The Supreme People’s Court’s 4th Circuit Court was established on Dec 28, 2016, at 33 Boxue Rd, Zhengdong new district, Zhengzhou, capital of Henan province.

The 4th Circuit Court mainly handles major administrative, civil and commercial cases to be heard by the Supreme People’s Court in the provinces of Henan, Shanxi, Hubei and Anhui.

It serves as an important platform for enforcing the rule of law and judicial reform in China, and helps people see the fairness and justice in its handling of each case as it safeguards the rights and interests of the people.
