Beijing students visit local court
Students from a middle school in Beijing visited a local court to experience and learn about the work of judges.
Twenty-seven students from No 19 Middle School in Beijing gained hands-on experience at the juvenile division of the Haidian district people’s court.
Students learned about the history of the juvenile court and how judges work.
In addition, they also sat in on a case at the criminal court.
Judge’s assistant Song Xiaomeng answered the visitors’ questions and shared her knowledge about the legal profession.
