Courts in China will keep on innovating in IPR trials and conduct more international exchanges, according to Tao.

In April, Zhou Qiang, president of the SPC, visited WIPO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and signed a memorandum of understanding on judicial exchanges and cooperation.

In May, Francis Gurry, director general of WIPO, visited Beijing and spoke highly of China’s achievements in IPR protection.
