On Oct 18, Chen will join all the other delegates in attending the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Beijing.

“My forefathers never went outside the countryside, and the fact that I have an opportunity to hear the congress in Beijing, makes me extremely proud. I get all the honor and encouragement from the Party and the people. I feel deeply honored and proud and at the same time I feel the unprecedented responsibility and a sense of mission.” said Chen.

She said that she will work harder to make more people believe in law and improve their sense of law.

The spirit of the congress should be put into daily work, Chen said, helping ordinary people get more sense of gain in judicial cases.
