Qin Yuhai, former deputy director of the Henan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, is being prosecuted for alleged bribe-taking, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said on Monday. The SPP designated Zibo People's Procuratorate in Shandong province to begin prosecution at Zibo Intermediate People's Court. According to the indictment, Qin used his post for personal gain, illegally accepting a large amount of property.
