Man wants apology over wife's breastfeeding photo

A man wants the people who posted the photo online of his wife breastfeeding her baby in subway to apologize to him and his wife in person, reported a local newspaper of Sichuan province on Wednesday.

The woman surnamed Yang was feeding her baby in a subway carriage when somebody took her photographs and posted it on Sina Weibo.

The husband said his wife was feeding the baby as the three-month-old daughter was sick and crying after a trip to children's hospital.

He said although the Weibo account that had reposted the photo has been closed down and the person who took the picture has apologized on Weibo, he wants the person responsible to say sorry to him and his wife in person.

He said he will pursue action if he does not receive apology in person or in a public media outlet.
