It is in charge of managing personnel of the SPC and its directly affiliated institutions; drafting management laws, rules, and regulations on judges and other employees; directing ideological education, training programs, and commendations for courts across the country; assisting in the structuring of higher people’s courts’ leading groups and of organization of courts at all levels; and managing judicial police in people’s courts.
