On Nov 9, Ruben Remigio Ferro, president of the Supreme People's Court of the Republic of Cuba, headed a delegation on a visit to China's National Judges College (NJC) in Beijing. Liu Guixiang, standing member of China's Supreme People's Court (SPC)'s adjudication committee (vice-minister level), received the delegation.

Liu briefed the guests about the NJC's latest progress in international judicial exchanges and training in recent years. Remigio exchanged views with the Chinese side on topics of common interest, and expressed the willingness to hold more judicial exchanges between the two countries.

Following the meeting, Remigio gave a lecture to Chinese judges who were attending a training program on civil adjudication supervision at the NJC.
