Improving adjudication mechanisms and creating a fair and stable legal and commercial environment to support free trades in Hainan province was stressed at an administrative adjudication seminar of Hainan courts on Nov 7.

He Xiaorong, full-time member of the judicial committee of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and Grand Justice of the Second Rank, attended the meeting.

He affirmed the innovations Hainan courts achieved in administrative adjudications and trials and highlighted that courts should continue to improve the adjudication system to create a fair and environment of rule of law for the development of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and the construction of the Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristic.
