Li Chenglin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1968 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a postgraduate diploma and has a PhD of Law degree. He is a member of the Leading Party Members Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and head of the SPC’s Political Department.
